Unicare Complex Care Specialist Ltd is a CQC-registered specialist provider of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, mental health conditions, and complex needs. Our nine supported living services span Brighton and Hove, East Sussex, West Sussex, and Surrey — providing specialist, evidence-based support to over 60 adults across our portfolio.

Every Unicare service operates within a consistent framework of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and trauma-informed practice, ensuring that the people we support receive care that is grounded in evidence, delivered with genuine expertise, and built around their individual identity, needs, and aspirations.

Our services span all-female specialist provision and mixed supported living, ranging from mental health and learning disability through to autism and complex co-occurring needs. All services are staffed by trained, experienced, and values-driven teams and managed by qualified, registered managers with deep expertise in the fields they serve.
